TOG stands for Thermal Overall Grade and is a unit of measurement for insulation and warmth of sleepwear and bedding.
Put simply, the lower the TOG rating the lighter the fabric. The higher the rating, the more padded and insulated it is for warmth.
1.0 TOG – ideal for room temperatures between 68°F to 75°F. 2.5 TOG – ideal for room temperatures between 61°F to 68°F

This sleep suit is amazing! It’s so soft that for the first bit my two year old kept rubbing the material between her fingers like she use to do with her swaddle! The dual zipper is great for potty time and would be the same for diaper changes! She slept in just the suit all night and even hung out in it for the first part of the next morning! Highly recommend and absolutely adore!
For sizing I’d say they are tts! My daughter wears 2T but on the smaller size so the 18-2.5T was perfect for her (she’s 2 and a half now).
