SHIPPING & RETURNS
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship same or next day (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a tracking notification and number as soon as your order ships. You should receive your order within 2-5 business days once shipped. Orders are shipped from New Brunswick, Canada.

Who is your shipping carrier?
We ship via UPS
*with the exception of PO Box addresses and other rural areas, we will ship via Canada Post
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over $60. We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 to Canada/USA for orders under $60.
*Please note, if your mailing address is outside regular shipping zones, we may contact you with shipping cost options that are above our $9.95 flat rate fee.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship internationally, though some exclusions may apply. Shipping costs and availability for your country are calculated at checkout.
*When a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country.
Ownership of packages turned over to shipping carriers transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, damaged, or tampered with packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. We will do our best to assist, however, any shipping issues must be handled by the carrier.
What is your return policy?
We will gladly process a return on orders within 30 days of you receiving the product. The product must be in unused/new condition in the original packaging and tags attached. We will only issue refunds on non-sale items and we do not refund shipping, we also do not offer free shipping on returns.
To process a return please email email@example.com and state your order number, first and last name, as well as the item you are looking to return.
If your package is returned to sender for any reason, you will receive a refund of your order. The shipping is non-refundable.
