What You’ll Do

  • Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the Lulujo Retail Boutique, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning at all times.
  • Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Uphold the values of exemplary customer service, ensuring every shopper feels welcomed and cared for.
  • Merchandise and Inventory Management: Maintain store merchandising presentations to company standards, manage inventory levels, and oversee the timely ordering of merchandise and supplies.
  • Administrative Excellence: Handle cash reconciliation, daily sales receipts, and other administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain Cleanliness and Standards: Ensure the store meets high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times.
  • Social Media Engagement: Help create daily posts on social media channels, sharing updates about store operations, new products, and local Fredericton happenings.
  • Support Growth and Expansion: Contribute to the expansion of our flagship store by curating additional products in the Mom, Baby, and Gifts categories that align with the Lulujo brand.
  • Open and Close the Store: Take responsibility for opening and closing the store, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.

What We’re Looking For

  • A retail-lover who can contribute to business growth by creating a special shopping experience for our customers.
  • Proven experience in retail (2-5 years preferred)
  • Previous experience in a merchandising or presentation capacity
  • A history of going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service
  • A leader with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service and experience 
  • Experience in visual merchandising, presentation capacity and an eye for design and product presentation.
  • A positive, hands-on attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using point-of-sale systems.
  • An independent self-starter.
